PS. Windows Installer is compiled with a large 1.5 GB LZMA compression dictionary, so it requires 1.5 GB of free RAM to unpack. Since the Innosetup installer is 32-bit, the allocated memory must be within the first 16 GB and be continuous (not fragmented). If you get a system error «not enough memory», just release the RAM. Some presumptuous hacking teams do not understand the reason for this error and compile bloated installers without compression.
